These terms apply when you use Convivo, the household app from Mularki, LLC ("Mularki", "we"), at myconvivo.com. By creating an account or using Convivo, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your household.

2. Your content

What you add to Convivo stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Convivo for you and the people you share it with, including sending it to our service providers for features you use.

3. AI features

Some features use AI to suggest items, check message tone or propose ideas. Suggestions can be wrong. Review them before relying on them, especially for dates, money and plans.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Convivo to break the law, harm others, send spam, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours. Don't interfere with how Convivo works or try to reverse-engineer it.

5. Beta

Convivo is in beta. Features may change, pause or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

6. Fees

If we introduce paid plans, we'll show the price and terms before you're charged anything.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Convivo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimers and limits

Convivo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Mularki isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Convivo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived under law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
